PRICES :
Our prices are liable to be revised one time each year and are confirmed at the time of reservation. Half-board (demi-pension) includes breakfast to be taken in the dining area and evening menu, not including drinks. Tax de sejour is payable extra.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT:
For each confirmed reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the total holiday cost, which can be made, for security, by a credit card number and date of expiry. This can be invalidated, once your account is paid in full before your departure.
The total of your holiday cost is to be paid at your convenience on arrival.
For a stay of one week or more, your account should be cleared every three days.
The reservation is contractual at receipt of your deposit as confirmation.

Cancellations made between 60 and 9 days before arrival: 30% of total reservation payable (deposit)
Cancellations made between 8 days and 48 hours before arrival: 60% of total reservation payable
Cancellations made between 48 hours and arrival or no show or cut short reservation: 100% of total reservation payable
EARLY TERMINATION OF HOLIDAY:
Any holiday reservations cut short for whatsoever reason is liable to full payment, including any meals ordered, but not taken.
No reductions can be made; payment must be made in full as contracted.
ACCOMODATION AND BAGGAGE:
Rooms are available from 15.00 hours on the day of arrival and rooms must be vacated by 11.00 hours on the day of departure.
If this is not adhered to, a further night will be charged.
Any damages made by the clients to the hotel, rooms will be payable in full.
The hotel is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to belongings of the client in public areas of the hotel, or in a bedroom which is not locked with a key, or in a vehicle in the parking areas.
Pets are not admitted.
HOTEL ROOMS MAY NOT BE USED AS SELF CATERING APPARTEMENTS.
TERMINATION CLAUSE:
The contract of reservation can be terminated at the rights of the hotelier without damages payable to the client:
- in the case of any force majeure
- in the case of it being impossible to use the hotel in legal conformity of the regulations
- in the case of late or non-opening of the hotel due to force majeure (natural disaster , road closed, environmental reasons,
)
- in the case of non payment by the client
TREATMENT OF REFUNDS OR LITIGATION;
Any difference in the interpretation or execution of the contract not concluded amicably between the parties will be referred to the tribunal of commerce nearest to the hotel.
